"Tennis for You" aspires to transform lives in Petare, offering tennis as a tool for inclusion and improvement. We are committed to making this sport accessible to all children, providing resources and training regardless of their economic situation. Through tennis, we teach fundamental values such as respect, discipline and solidarity, promoting personal development and resilience. We believe in the unlimited potential of our young people and seek to reveal and nurture their talents, promoting success stories that inspire the entire community. We unite in the vision that tennis is not just a game, but an avenue for growth, equality and hope. We invite everyone to be part of this movement, contributing to a future where sport is a right and not a privilege.
ROUTE PLAN
STAGE 1
Hotbed: More than 100 children train with enthusiasm twice a week on an adapted court with transition balls, in an area of Petare. From this group, the most outstanding tennis players are selected based on criteria of talent, discipline, passion and commitment.
STAGE 2
The most qualified and disciplined tennis players receive intensive on-court training with regulatory measures.
Currently, we have the support of the following academies: the Belisario Academy at the Campo Alegre School, ECA. And the Román Recarte Academy in the Venezuelan Tennis Federation.
STAGE 3
A group of outstanding tennis players is trained within a training program taught by Tennisapien, where they are given the necessary tools to obtain a tennis-related occupation, such as coaches, referees and teachers.
STAGE 4
Controls: All children have a series of evaluations and tests to analyze their evolution.

Founder
DAVID SOUTO
As a player, he reached No. 208 in the ATP rankings, was among the ITF top 10, and participated in Grand Slam and Davis Cup events. As a coach, he held the position of Director of High Performance at the Bruguera Tennis Academy in Hong Kong, and holds ITF and ATP level 2 certifications. He currently serves as General Director of TenniSapien and is the coach of Daniel Altmaier, who He is ranked 47th in the ATP ranking. This places him, along with Daniel Vallverdu, as one of the only two Venezuelan coaches active on the ATP circuit.
David is one of the founders of Tenis Para Ti and, since 2016, he has dedicated all his knowledge and vision to the development of training programs designed for players to reach their maximum potential.

ROMAN RECARTE
During his time as a player he was 480 ATP and top 50 ITF. As a coach he has directed the Roman Recarte Tennis Academy for 10 years, managing to train several of the best players in the country and place more than 40 players in the United States with a university scholarship. He has been captain of youth national teams, as well as captain of the Venezuelan Davis Cup team. It is a fundamental piece in Tenis Para Ti. He is in charge of directing the players' training in phase 2 and directs the strategic and methodological plan together with David Souto.

ALEJANDRO VÁZQUEZ
Alejandro Vázquez is an inexhaustible source of energy and motivation in "Tennis para Ti". His innovative approach and ability to connect with young people have established him as a fundamental pillar of our foundation. Alejandro has been instrumental in developing programs that not only hone participants' athletic skills, but also enrich their worldview through education and culture. His ability to merge tennis with educational and personal aspects has opened unexpected doors for many young people, showing them that limits only exist to be surpassed. Alejandro daily inspires our young people to pursue their dreams with determination and courage, becoming a role model not only in tennis, but in life itself.

NICOLAS VÁZQUEZ
Nicolás Vázquez is the personification of the spirit and passion for tennis. As a noted high-performance tennis player and youth leader in “Tennis para Ti,” Nicolás has transcended the boundaries of the sport to become a beacon of inspiration and guidance for aspiring youth. His arrival at the foundation marked a before and after, extending our reach beyond Petare to new horizons such as the Campo Alegre School. Nicolás not only shines on the court, but also off it, teaching valuable lessons in tennis, English, and personal finance. Their dedication and commitment to accompanying and supporting young people in each tournament and training reflects their unwavering commitment to the comprehensive development of our participants. Nicolás is a true example of leadership, commitment and hope in our foundation.
Who is it?
127 boys and girls between 5 and 11 years old currently benefit from the project.
What is needed?
The only requirement to participate is parental authorization. The materials are provided by the foundation.
Impact
In the last 8 years, more than 600 children have learned to play tennis and have benefited from the program.
Unique
Tenis Para Ti is the only non-profit tennis organization in Venezuela that seeks to promote the practice of tennis in popular sectors.
